how we work:

Organizational structures entrenched in hierarchy are often lacking in justice, care, and hinder Community building between people inside and outside the organization. Moving away from hierarchy to modes of working that are non-hierarchical and power-neutral provide opportunities to share work and skills and to create the space needed to build our Community relationships.

At 3 of Cups, we value all collaborators and Community members equally. Ideas, decisions, and actions are all discussed and formulated as a group. We believe in work that decentralizes power structures. This way, our work lives by Community consensus. As we grow, we commit to a non-hierarchical pay structure across the organization and to continue the practice of non-hierarchical work.
